does anyone know a website or publication I can get ahold of to learn more about tuning? specifically the AEM FI/C. Im also looking for more information on the garett turbo that comes with the kit, how much power you can make with it and what not.

Ask questions and do some reading in the forums on those sites.

also realize that tuning isn't something you can learn by reading about. You can get an idea of what you are doing by reading... alot... but really you won't know anything until you actually tune a car for yourself
