sc tear down and some questions

Bought a box of parts a month or so ago for $200 shipped. Included in the box was a supercharger(the main reason i bought the box). Got the chance a couple weeks ago to tear it down and check it out but i know very little about superchargers as i've never had one.

When I took off the snout the coupler fell out.

More signs off it being torn apart :S

the coupler, looked fine but i swapped it out anyway

coupler seems to fit tightly. no play.

From what i understand(which isn't much yet) these are the needler bearing? they were my biggest fear as i don't know how i could get them out around here

The housing seemed fine, some very very light scratches and a bit of dirt. seemed just normal to me.

The blades had some light scoring in them, but i don't see anything bad. I assume this is normal as well?

All in all i don't see anything that i woould consider bad about any of that. But i'm by no means an expert.
My plans as of right now are getting a rebuild kit from zzp for the sc, i'll get the needler bearings as well and hope i don't need them.

Anybody who knows something about superchargers see anything i should be concerned about?

Since you got the SC apart, you should plug the silencer hole to make it sound louder on the whine.
