anothing you cando is spray some throttle body cleaner down the tb while the car is off, spray loads of it down the tb, not the whole bottle, but enough to where the stuff start to fog up and start rising from the throttle body, than stop, and start to turn the car on, keep trying and trying and trying and trying, eventually the car will turn over and than finally turn on, than just rev it a bit, loads of crap will shoot out the muffler, eventually it will stop

this hose it has a clamp on it is suxs its those that u have to pinch then pull off
thanks thats alot easier!! than the brake booster is it better to spray it in the throttle body or that put it in the brake booster? and will it have the same effect?
and if i do put it in the throttle body do u i have to let the car run while i spray it in? and then after i get done spraying it in turn the car off and let it sit for 5 mins then run it?

Obviously.....but what I meant to say is that the GenIII/IV V8s are no more prone to oil consumption than any other high performance engine. Its actually not even the getting "on it" that does it, its when you get off it. When you let go of the throttle at high rpms, or use any wengine braking for longer periods of time that creates the highest manifold vacuum and sucks oil past that rings, that and of course any possible PCV mods that may have taken place. The LS are really good engines and no major widespread flaws. As far as oil in the intake goes, I wouldnt seafoam it, I would just clean the intake.

Also, I'll take the intake manifold off soon and wash it properly when I get an opportunity.
I do engine brake under normal driving conditions though.
The manifold was so bad that by looking through the valve on the throttlebody, I could clearly see that the entire interior of the manifold was covered in a layer of oil.
After the seafoam, it was apparent that it had cleaned a good bit of it out becaise the exhaust was lightly smoking blue for about five minutes after the initial seafoam smoke subsided.

Is there any chance of the seafoam or throttlebody cleaner messing something up? Especially with the electronic tb. I know your no supposed to spray altima tb's because it will screw them up. And for Neons the seafoam and collect in the bottom of the intake manifold then all get sucked up at once and hydrolock the motor.

completley pissing off any neighbors if you have a very high mileage engine with alot of buildup. Also do not drive your car down pubic roads directly after doing this.

lol, that reminds me of when my friend with a 60k mile abused NEON came over and seafoamed his car and smoked out my neighbor who was in his yard. I felt bad but couldent help but laugh a little.

I'm wary of using the seafoam after my cat got clogged up shortly after using it...not sure if it was coincidence or caused by the product... the car smoked like a son of a bitch though for quite a while after.

it depends on how fast you introduce it to the system. we ran it through my friends s-10 with the smallest vaccuum line we could find. it seemed to work really well. the truck did, honest to god, run smooter afterwards.
