side pipes on the balt??

yes you read correctly...side pipes like those on the old corvette stingray. i have been considering installing them on my car instead of the way overdone (in my opinion) fast-furiousish fartcans..they are ok but not for me....

BOTTOM LINE what are your opinions people??

they are pretty damn big..depending on how u install them they could turn out completely wrong.. there is a thread around here somewhere that area 47 started that has a couple pics of it.. ud need a big side skirt to cover them up..or ud need to tuck them up under the car and just have a cut out for the end of the pipe

if you do them subtle like the viper or the mustang's, it could be ok, but most likely

no offense to ricers...they do their thing. but im not a ricer. ricer is a term that specifically refers to a niche of people that tune import cars generally of asian origin. hence the reference to "rice." a cobalt dosnt qualify due to the manufacturer of origin being an american company....

Uncle Ben's ring a bell. there is such things as American Rice. like mentioned, it is a style, doesn't necessarily pertain to the origin of the car

So, since I own a Cobalt, it is alright to do gaudy ******* kits and stupid ****?

Damn, I missed that in my fine print! Talk about perks of owning an american car! Maybe the government should point this out to people to revive the american auto economy.
