yes, I'm fairly certain doing that will cause an issue for ya. I don't know exactly how you 2.2's go about doing this s/c swap, but I'm sure there's a how to somewhere about how to fix this problem

Scratch my last post, I've lost my mind...what intake are you using? If you don't get the MAF positioned just right in the piping, it'll throw a code. Granted I drive a 2.0 s/c and some things are different, but I had a no name intake on my car and the MAF wasn't positioned right and it was throwin a code and makin my car drive goofy

You need to get an injen 2.0 intake for it since ur runnin our s/c. that will have the correct MAF placement.

And you don't leak boost out of the intake...it could be a faulty boost bypass valve or a tiny crack in the manifold gasket, things of that nature. What code exactly is your car throwing?

Not necessarily. Eventually the car will learn to deal with it. One day my light just decided to turn off and be alright. You really should post up what the exact code ur throwing is cuz that'll help the rest of us tell you what the problem is. You could be throwing a lean/rich code or a MAF isn't working code. So, knowing which it is would be quite helpful

i fixed it and put it how it used to be , my car was tunned for the intake i made , i through a lean code and iat code , its not use to seeing colder temps so the computer gets messed up goes to natural values, witch is run rich for the more air , when i drop the pulley this spring ill tune it in but for now its fine the way it is aha .
