Spark Plugs

I'm sure this was probably talked about already, but I have to change my plugs and do a tune-up shortly and i'd like an opinion on plugs. I was told that the E3 plugs are a good upgrade but would like someone to let me know if they've tried them and how well they work. Just want to know if they're worth it or if I should use some different ones, if so, what do you suggest...

My car is the 2.2L
Thanks
