SS Valvecover

Does an SS/SC valve cover fit? The bolt pattern looks to be the same. I like the looks better, and I was going to buy an extra one to paint anyways. Should I buy an SS one?

Sort through this thread but he is using an LSJ valve cover on an L61 and he found a gasket to work.

yes it does bolt up, its the ignition cassette you need to modify to bolt to the lsj valve cover, as you can see from evofire, he made that custom piece for it...

I have coil on plug. I don't have that cassette thing. Is that the only problem?

than it would fall into wether the ignition coil from your stock set up will bolt onto the SS valve cover...but im sure you can rig something to make it work, there isnt any high pressure in the valve cover...

I think theres a vendor on here that makes the l61 valve cover thats not ugly.. but its pricey might be MRZ not sure though gl with modifying the lsj cover id like to know if that works
