Well not much I can tell you or anyone for that matter. There are 100s of reasons why this can happen, but the first step you need to take is find out what codes the computer is throwing. Get the code read at a place like autozone or any other place that does it for free or buy a decent code reader. When you find out what codes they are post them up.
P0036 = HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0030 = HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0443 = Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit
P0102 = Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Low Input
Question, how long ago did the CEL come on? And how long since it came on is the car running rough? At a glance it seems like your problem is the MAF sensor. Try cleaning it with some TB Cleaner or Brake Clean. Clean it, clear all the codes and then report back. Dont worry about the O2 sensor codes yet.
