Supercharger problem

Im installing the alternator bracket and the tensior pulley on it is hitting the motor mount.. Did i need the LSJ motor mount? I read quite a few threads seems no one else had this problem.

You installing the correct way?

The only thing you should grind is the head where the tensioner PULLEY comes in contact.

Get a picture?

No pic sorry, I have the 2005 and i looked up other peoples motor mounts and mine is way bigger. I know im installing it right ive looked at tons of pictures and my alternator bracket tensior pulley is hitting the motor mount bracket thats on the engine. I think i need the other motor mount or i need to cut mine way down.

On my ion I had to cut the entire third bolt off that motormount iirc. Doesn't really affect anything, just the cost of doing business!

I'm kinda late to the discussion but yes the motor mounts on the 05-06 base models do not work with the sc set up. 07+ is a different style and works fine
