now i think someone has supercharged an auto before, and possibly the 2.2 as well.

well my question first is can it be done, which im pretty sure it can be.

and second, about how much would it run me to supercharge the 2.2 automatic.. just as far as parts i.e. supercharger etc.... just want to get an idea about superchargin it, i want to look into it after i pay my credit card

meh you're looking at more like 4k to turbo
unless you get a custom kit, and they have custom problems

 

definitely cheaper and a tad bit safer to supercharge your car. you don't have to worry about overboosting and you can get the parts used off the forums for a pretty good price.

use trifecta if your a 05-06 and ls2edit if your 07 and want to do it yourself. do a hell of a lot of research before you do it and your car should surprise a lot of people. good luck!
