measured 60.5mm with the caliper gauges so looks like the 60s are the way to go.

I'd stay away from ebay injectors, you never know if they are legit or not IMO. You can buy any size bosch from fuel injector connection or i can probably get you injector dynamics injectors for a good price. Im asking my guy now.

I believe I also have the programming information for the ID 725's and 1000's on my computer as well for HPtuners.

Ill PM you soon as I have pricing, gonna try to get a cheaper rate for CSS members. He has the 725's for $350, and 1100's for 475 on his site but I might be able to get a cheaper rate. He also has pricing through FIC for the bosch injectors, will get prices on those.

are you measuring on the oring itself or edge to edge of the body.

Will actually be buying them directly from a bosch dealer. No worries there, just need injector data. $150-175 is a lot better than $350 or $475.

That's odd. Care to post pics? Doesn't matter much to me now except for the sake of research. I know there are 485mm and 60.5mm. It was one of the two that I would need to use for my application.

So I was able to get some decent injector data thanks to some HPT forum help. Those 52lb injectors are probably going to happen after all. I just need the cash. Dual spray and they will flow 58lbs at stock 58psi rail pressure. Not bad at all.

I noticed that the 52 was rated at 43.5 psi. I have a spreadsheet somewhere where you plug in injector rating and rail pressure to get injector numbers to put into HPT it was very handy for me.

Shoot me a pm too, I've got a local wanting to go up from 42s but I want him to keep the dual spray pattern.

I have a spreadsheet from Dsteck on HPT that does that and also calculates offsets and all the other **** but it is touchy. I'm getting negative offsets at higher rail pressures. Normally I wouldn't mind but it just doesn't feel right.
