ehhh, i guess it didn't hurt anything, but i don't really notice any vast improvement either.

I wouldn't expect much, but does the seat dyno tell you its worth the 5-10 mins?

I don't think this will help really -- because the TB motor and position sensors are not grounded to the throttle body case. The wiring is shielded and goes through the ECM/TAC controls and doesn't appear to have a direct ground -- according to the factory service manual schematics.
Adding a wire won't help or do any damage -- but if you have a short in the TB it might provide a direct ground to wherever you attach it and that might be worse.

^^^ i agree as well but you need to think some stuff over in you head before buying all kinds of random crap. Grounding the TB can and would only effect something electrically and even then it would be assuming there was something to be helped. So an increase in power isnt logical. Even assuming you were to think the extra ground could somehow help the sensors by providing less resistance you would have to also prove there is too much resistance for said sensor. If ur stock HU which actually makes power and has all kinds of electrical mumbo jumbo in it has an 18g ground the tb sensor would in no way need more then that.

To further make my point if what you are saying is true and a bigger ground would make a difference then anyone that has any LED of any kind should automatically rewire it with 8g power and ground so it can get "brighter"
