Tire Pressure

What pressure do you 2.2 owners keep your tires at? I understand that higher than recommended tire pressure can aid performance, even tho it detracts from ride comfort. Also specify which tires you are running, the stock tires, Pirelli's, or aftermarket.

im running Kumho Ecsta ASX tires......the max psi on them is 50.....so im running 41....and they stick to the ground well and still ride fairly well.....i would reccommend getting aftermarket rims and tires.....the stock ones suck

i forget the exact number....but i think it was somewhere around 18lbs....but stock rim/tire vs. current rim/tire weight is really noticeable......my ASAs are considerably lighter

I am on the stock Pirelli P-60's. I keep my tire pressure around 32 psi. I don't really know what it is supposed to be at because the sticker on my door jam isn't for an LS, I got the SS sticker... too bad they didn't put the wrong engine in too.

stock is 35 psi for best blend of performance, wear and gas milage.

Any aftermarket rims would be custom to the tire you choose to put on them. For instance mine are max 44 psi, so I'm running 39.
