Torque Forward engine dampener on 2.2?

How much of a difference will the torque forwer engine dampener make on my 2.2 lt.

Will it accelerate faster?

And will it even work on the 2.2?

not sure if it will work on the 2.2 but its performance is at a minimal. you would be better of getting control arm bushings and poly mounts.

Ok then I dont know if Ill be getting one if some one has one for a good price Ill get one. The reason why I think I might need one, Is that I can with my bear hands move my motor back and fourth 1-1 1/2 inches. Thats how soft the mounts are.

Please do a search before posting. There are multiple thread on this subject.

A torque brace will fit 2006 and newer L61's. If you update the factory engine mount on an 2005, it will fit that too. You have to remove the stock air box and use an aftermarket intake for clearance.

just an FYI you cant use the ingalls stiffy/tourqe forward with the K/N Cold air intake. The heat sheild for the filter goes right over top of the engine mount. U would have to modify the heat sheild to make it work.
