i was headed to class this mornin an it was rainin an hit a deep spot an i have the restriction box off the intake so water went in the intake an ran rough for a lil while.after it started runnin right it started shiftin hard like when the intake is off but without the "traction off" alert.now it shifts smoother than before all this happened but when i put it in "L" it shifts out like its in drive when driving normal but the traction control doesnt turn off in "L" an my cruise control wont set.any ideas?

 

sounds like it could be the maf, it may have gone FUBAR after getting wet.
