Trans fluid

Has anyone run mt90 in the early year manual trans cars that call for dex3? the shift quality is disappointing after driving an ss with mt90 for many years. trying to see if theres any way to improve it.

OEM GM fluid only. any others will slowly destroy the trans.

Just realized this post was for F23. My experience is only relating to the F35 transmission.

I figured. I've heard that about the F35 transmission as well. Must be finicky. The F23 likes ATF just fine which is OEM spec.
