Yes, Garrett has a Turbo kit that will fit your car. You will have to buy the kit that dosent include the tunning which is actually alot cheeper. I actually have the same one. FOr tunning you can either get a piggy back or get a Clear Image Tune.

Search in the 2.2L Performance section. That vendor I believe has tunning abilities comming out for the 07's.

Clear Image and Trifecta are working on tuning for the 07 Cobalt's....so far (as far as i know) the only tuning that is really available for the 07 Cobalts with the 2.2 are piggyback tuners....e.g. AEM F/IC (google that)....but yeah...if you want a turbo kit...buy the Garrett Kit without the tuning....

Vince at Trifecta Performance in washington makes the Tune for the 2.2L engine's... Which is sold VIA Clear Image Automotive and is also based out of washington... They are the only ones that can do custom tuning for the 2.2L at the moment. SCTflash made a base tune for the Hahn race craft kit that comes with the kit. But its big bucks compaired to the ones you can get that dont come with a tune

full tuning.....controls more of the engine amongst other things

piggyback systems are primarily just injector controllers....

if you go full engine managment you wont beable to retain your stock speedo and tach because no one has a full engine managment spacificaly for the cobalt so you will have to use aftermarket speedo's, tachs, and what not and your factory intrament cluster will be useless, even the fuel gauge.

im sure there is some electronical genius on this site some where that could help you wire it up so that you could utilize the instrement cluster.

aem f/ic can be found at www.aempower.com
