Turbo Kit Interest?

Hello everyone!

I was posting to see if anyone might be interested in a complete Turbo Kit for the 2.2l Chevrolet Cobalts. We currently sell kits for the Cavaliers, but might be branching off into the Cobalts and rest of the GM lineup. This kit would include EVERY last bolt, washer, nut, and part for install. This includes:

Garrett T3 Turbo
Intercooler
Manifold
Charge Pipes w/custom welds
Bosch Blow Off Valve
Oil Feed Kit
Oil Return Kit
Vacuum Lines
Silicon Boots & Clamps
Bolts, nuts, and all necessary hardware

Also, this kit would probably run right around the $2300 range.

Let me know if this might be of interest to anyone and I'll see what we can come up with. Thanks!

I'd say it would be around 50-60 horsepower at the crank.

Thanks!

I checked out your site, and was suprised to not see much info on the J Body turbo kits. Any dyno graphs or anything? $2k is a lot to spend without much info on what your getting. I can get 50hp off a $350 nitrous kit too. I am not trying to bust your chops, but just trying to help show the importance of information.

The compressor wheel is aT3 60 trim and the compressor housing is a 42ar. The turbine side is a 48ar with a standard T3 flange. Let me know if you need to know anything else. Thanks!

looks good but not to be a jack ass but on my mitsu lancer with a t-28 intercooled kit i was getting gains of around 80-90 hp at the wheels. Is there any sort of fuel management you have played with to get better numbers? The price is nice but man i think you can really squeeze more out of that setup.

Good looking components though, keep up the development. Also what is the boost set at on that turbo kit?

Thanks for the interest man. This kit actually doesn't come with any fuel modifications, which is why we suggest not to run any higher than 5 psi of boost with this. That might be why these numbers are different than a lancer...that's sweet though. But hey, it can always be tuned with the proper parts and time.
