turbo ls new build

I have A 06 ls turbo it made 290.99 to the wheels at 10 psi with my custom turbo kit now planing on doing full forged internals I just installed zzp axles, zzp poly solid top engine mount, poly trans mounts, red line tranny flush and new parts for the build wiesco forged 8.9.1 pistons, eagle h beam rods, acl rod bearings, cometic head gasket and arp head studs and 80lbs injectors and e85 I want around 400 whp

That's impressive, how many miles on stock motor with boost? And I'm assuming vince is your tuner sincere your an 06. What do think about the zzp axels so far? We have toothpicks stock lol.

Love that i got after market ones hope they will hold 400 whp lol and just hit 75k miles bin boosted for 8k miles

would it be a bad idea for me to drop the ss's turbo on my ls because ive heard it was pushing like 15 psi stock.

would be cheaper and provide more power to use a different turbo than the stock lnf turbo.

And 15 Psi on that little donut is not the same as 15 psi on a bigger turbo. i wasn't aware Zzp had axles for the 2.2 i may have to get some. or are they the driveshaft shop ones that are like $800

They are not drive shaft shop ones those are the only ones I can upgrade to the zzp ones just came out

Yeah the zzp ones have decent price too, 299 I think. I'm curious to see how much power u lose at same psi and drop in compression.

It will be a signifigent drop in low end power but the peak will be a lot higher lol

Do you have any headwork done yet, really helps on us l61s. And I was curious on comp because I did motor and turbo at same time so I never got to feel difference

i really need to get my head ported i'm thinking. and holy crap those axles are damn affordable. Do they have a torque rating for them? I think i'm gonna get them asap cuz my inner cv boot clamp came off and grease went all over
