What does everyone here think about this turbonator for a cobalt. Mot bad at only $70 to give you a little boost. Any thoughts would be appreciated as i am interested in purchasing

it appears to be nothing but a piece of metal that sits there fixed. it provides no "boost", and i fail to see how it could be worth $70. would creating a vortex in your air intake really help anything?
