Vibrant Header and DP Combo

Is it worth the money to get a vibrant header and dp? How much hp gains will it give a 2.2?

idn bro money is tight right now turbo is 4k and header is 700 so i would rather go that way. plus my b day is in a month so
my grandpa is in the hospital and sick
