vince found out the ECM is pulling timing. something to do with a set torque limit in the autos. he's working on a tune now.
after my last post here I made a new log and sent it to vince. we may find a solution yet. he reported to me that he has fixed this problem on an auto before and is confident he can do it on mine.
for the record i resent this statement. i'm loving my built 10.1 on boost.

Resent it all you want... You're fully built, he isn't. If he had a fully built motor then I would tell him to go for it, but the sleeves wont like the high boost and compression. Stock sleeves aint that strong unfortunately. That's why I went with the 8.9 too!

Well, I can tell you for sure the stalling is one of the following:
Fuel supply problem (e.g. fuel rail pressure falls due to pump issue)
Fuel injector wiring problem
In the log, it was running fine, and the fuel “disappeared”. O2 sensor went off the scale lean, trims went through the roof, and it stalled because there was no fuel.
But the injector constant looks good the way it is. You can revert to the previous tune with the MAF enabled, send a new log, and I’ll make any final changes to the MAF curve.

Well I guess i'm gonna have to get a fuel pressure gauge and check fuel pressure at the rail and see if that's the probem. Ugh I should have just gotten an lsj fuel pump instead of messing with this duetchworks one that didn't fit in the first place like it was supposed to! ugh

LSJ fuel pump is the same as L61 fuel pump... slightly different fit. Part numbers are only off by one number. Good lukc though conerboner...
No wonder why you're running fine 07cobaltguy. It's not till you get into the higher PSI that my car starts to eff up I'm running 10PSI right now... On a tune that's meant for 20 PSI. STUPID RICH. Vince evidently doesnt want to fix it though.

It seems to be okay on 13 when it's hot out but during winter months the car hates 13 PSI... I was on 17 PSI a week ago and the car hated it if you step on it instantly but if I rolled into it and slowly brought it up to 17PSI then it would hold till about 5 grand and misfire, cough, and choke...

From what I've read I believe the cut off is 15 psi for us 2.2's, then you have to get crazy on tuning from what dave told me. If you go past that your gonna have issues to work out. BTW my car is not having tuning issues, im just down for stupid SPEC clutch. How bar map sensors are you guys running. I'm currently on 2 bar, but would switch to 3 bar if I wanted to up boost from 14.5 psi
