Hey i know there are previous post about this but i was hoping maybe some new members could add some additional feedback about these CAI.

I remember people saying it makes a hole in your hood over time or something like that, so its been like a month so i just wanted to know how bad the hole was. Aand was it in the hood or the engine cover.

Also what time of gains did you get? And are you happy with the sound.

 

i have the secret weapon and it rubs against the fabric covering on the hood.... theres like a one inch hole/indept in it but there is still padding in that spot.....its sounds ******* awsome but i have no clue what the numbers are but u can feel it when u floor it........ u should definatly get it

yeah i have it it only touchs the fabric part i pulled that out today actually sounds better cause you can hear it more not sure exact gains but its deff noticeable

quick question for the intake filter... How often should I clean it (5k, 10k?) and would it be ok to use the K&n recharge kit for it aswell? I know it says to only use theirs, but I dont have any loca retailers that sell WR filter cleaner.

 

any one have an answer on my post above?

lol, well obviously but, is there an average amount of miles I should clean it, say like 6K or something, and also the question that I would like an answer to is about the filter cleaner kit.
