I would go with Garrett's. The only downside is they will tune your ECM, which means you hav e to mail it in, and they say you will have a downtime of about a week or so.

What worries me about the Garrett system is that the re-tune just makes the car richer, and probably times it less agressively overall. It can't change the richness based on boost (the ECU doesn't sense boost) and it can't reduce ingition timing under boost (again, because the ECU can't read boost). So you get more flow, but the accepted methods of keeping an engine alive under boost don't happen.

So you guys are saying go with alpine right now? Ill be saving for a few more months probably until the end of July August to buy the kit. So we will know by then hopefully whos kits are the most complete and the best value. But keep the information and thoughts comming. Thanks guys.!

Not necessarily true. They said that might be necesary for the first few, but otherwise the reflash will be sold with the kit in the form of the SCT LiveWire reflash device.
