2.2 + GMPP exhaust = GOOD RESULTS

well its been 2 months since ive installed this thing. 2 sound clips from youtube.

i gurentee you this is a good mod. well as some of you may already know about my kill on the mustangs already. but if not heres the thread
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/drag-racing-52/well-i-smack-down-2-mustangs-my-ls-47503/ lol im "elated" right now.

but im saying this is definetly worth the money. now about 3 months ago we here in michigan had a css.net meeting with a couple of guys here. we were able to line it up on a street a couple times and i versed a retro v6 mustang. now at my very best race outa 3 i think i got owned at about mid 2nd gear cause the v6 started pullin but he missed 3rd gear making me winner by default. but every other race was me getting pwned and his friend with an auto beat me EVERY TIME. youtubes to prove that he owned me.

i was angry and wanted some more power. i upgraded to an GMPP Performance exhaust system from GM for a lil over $410. bolted on and ready to go the other night i got 8cd03gro together again from when we had the meet and we lined it up. but more open and no street lights honks this time which we lined up 4 times. and it was a good 88 mph before we shut down every time. i kid you not i won every race 4-0. by like a car or a half every time.

im tellin all the 2.2 guys this is a good mod do it. i notice a power increase and it has been officially proven to me that its done something. im sorry i forgot the damn camera during this race but its definetly a good mod. i finally got around to making a post about the exhaust i got about 2 months ago lol.

yea it sounded good man i liked it. i fucked my launches every time we raced hahahahahha you are a good driver man. outlaunched me every time in a car with half the torque and fwd. i need some practice

your exhaust sounded good, i would also reccomend it to any 2.2 owners. not super loud, but nice, smooth, and pretty deep for a 4 cylinder. Definately one of the better exhausts for the car. no fart sounds. good buy.

its performance
and to me the only difference is the tone. ive listened to both. if u want a mellow deep sound with good quality get toring. if u want a bit more throaty exhaust get mine. the performance

I just had my gmpp performance exhaust installed last week. Its not as loud as i thought it was going to be, mellow, deep and throaty pretty much sums it up.
