well i got a full port and polish with about 11.0:1 compression (10.5:1 custom pistons with a 4/1000 shave on head) and everything is fully built. id say that im a lil over 200 but i havent strapped it down yet or ran it. but by the end of the month i will have the money to do both :-) and i will let you know

build the car to handle the power first. then put the power to it. its easier and most of the time less costly
my friend was gonna build his head but didnt n bent valves n broke guides n snapped a few lifters, the valves hit the cylinder wall and lots of extra money cuz he put a way bigger turbo n 30psi with stock 4g63 motor

Stock 2.2L sized unless youre getting the engine bored oversized, youll need an 86mm head gasket.
