Once my warranty does out, you will probably see me rocking the ZZP turbo kit stage 2

im in the process of buying parts for mine... i have half a pack of cigs left before i can buy the turbo... made a stupid deal with my fiance (cigarettes or turbo)

so far i am in $100 for lnf intake and tubing, $80 for lnf downpipe, $50 42 lb injectors, and looking like $300-550 for the k04 turbo. then i have to get a manifold, a tune, and a intercooler. then im set.

what about BPV or BOV?

Also, just a guess, but you may want to think about other upgrades like clutch and new rods and pistons. You are going to be pushing the 2.2 to its limits

Hence my "lolz" @ that statement

Do yourself a favor, do more research before you keep wasting money

exhaust will. intake wont. the only thing im worried about is the piping... im not sure if the tb is in the right spot to use the stock tubing. i have done a lot of research on the turbo process... i know who has what i need and what i might need. and who knows it all. i got a few more diagrams and schematics to look at but im pretty sure this can be done for ~$1000 or less

So you've mocked up the lnf manifold? Stock piping wont work, what about your maf? Speed density, blow/ draw through???

Research research research. Understand entirely how a turbocharged system works before doing a project like this. By mixing up the W/G & BOV functions, shows me that you do not fully understand what you are doing. Please pick up Corky Bells book "maximum boost", or just read read read EVERYTHING you can get your hands on online, before you go ANY FARTHER.

im aiming for 220 thats more than enough hp for me as i cant get traction from a dig n/a and spin on the 1-2 2-3 shift. and it should be safe enough with stock internals. i have a savings account im starting to add to for the rods, pistons, clutch, and lsd. the hardest part so far is getting a manifold and a tune. i tried to talk to vince but no answer.
