im not sure how much they run. i had one installed on my sisters g5 base model. def worth getting, i think it was a cheap buy. we had the tires chirping on an automatic it was ridiculous. the only downfall was having to turn the car off if you wanted to turn the shift plus down a setting or turn it off. but it is so sick other than that.

there are two settings on it. i dont know all the details sorry. basically you can turn it on while driving, like if youre at a light and want to race or something you can flip it on while the car is on. you can put it into the first position or the second setting. if you put it into the first you can always put it into the second while the car is still on, but if you want to turn the shift plus off or put it back into the first setting you have to turn the car off to do so. at least thats what they tell you to do, ive never tried to turn the shift plus off while the car was on, i would pull to the side of the road or into a parking lot lol sorry i cant be more help.

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/drivetrain-79/automatics-b-m-shiftplus-37890/ that is a thread on this. check it out, im sure it will be more help than i can offer.

here... i pulled this right from the thread. posted right on the front page.

The B&M Shiftplus is a (approx) $45 dollar black box with two wires, and a three way switch.

Two two wires piggyback into the Pressure Solenoid wire, and the ISS Sensor wire in your transmission. This modifies the signal to your TCM about the line pressure, which the TCM, in turn, boosts to a higher lever. This shortens the time between the changing of gears. The B&M has three positions on the switch (Stock, Stage 1, Stage 2) Stock is stock line pressure, stage 1 is slightly increased pressure, and stage 2 is extremely high pressure.

Stage 2 will completely remove the downtime between gearshift and will probably even cause your tires to chirp between 1-2 and 2-3 upshifts.

I can't wait to install and test this product

yep thats pretty much it.. but here is the thing

1. you plan on going turbo which means trifecta tune or ls2edit
2. vince will send you a tcm tune when you get your tune
3. the shift plus is alright for a temporary but idk if its worth the money you lose when you sell it.
4. vinces tcm tune is not adjustable but im sure if you wanted the box over his he can tune in for the box as well.

i paid about 35 for mine and stage 1 and 2 are cool. i ride around on stage 2 all the time and i chirp 2nd all the time. i would recommend turning it off if your gonna go on a date or something tho cuz it will jerk the **** out of peoples heads. im getting my tune this weekend so im going to take it off but it was def the best cheap mod i ever did to my car and it said was for gm trucks or something like tht but worked fine. the trick was finding the 2 wires you have to tap because there are 2 sets of wires that look the same. the difference is on set is wrapped and the other isnt. it took me a little trial and error to get it right but i never had a CEL
