Big 3 upgrade question

Ive been scratching my head for the past few weeks trying to figure out where im supposed to run the wire that connects the alternator to the battery. Im not sure if theres a junction im supposed to run the wire to or if im just supposed to run a fused wire through my car and to the battery itself. Any help would be appreciated, ive already got the 2 ground wires sorted out.

I know they have a pdf instructions online with ZZP. Did you get the one for LNF or LSJ?

I didn't buy the zzp kits and ive already looked at the pdf file but it doesn't make sense to me that id have to run the alternator wire straight to the starter instead of to the positive terminal on the fuse box percé

The shorter wire goes from alternator to starter and the larger 4 gauge goes from starter to the positive terminal on the fuse box.
