Break-in and Coolant temp

I guess this question goes out to all the engines but and they may be stupid but...

What is the operating temperature of our coolant...???

and

I know the manual says not to provide the car an elaborate breakin... I always wait till the car is warm to get my accel on as well as it says to not push it passed 5k rpms (at 550 miles I hit 4k is my highest so far... everything before that was 3k and under) but is there anything else I should know.

She has 600 miles on her already.. yea I know I got her last week... sad I drive too much.

Thanks in advance for the answers
