Heater core leaking

I have a heater core leak, could be the core or the hoses I haven't ripped the dash apart yet to check.

Does anyone know the size of the heater core hoses? I would like to replace with a generic for now to see if it's the core or the hoses...

Also what size/length would I get to bypass the heater core until I can afford to pick up a new one.

It's leaking into the firewall and draining through the drain on the passenger side.

And vapor is coming through the vents
