I'm new to the fourms here and this is my first post. So I'll start off by saying hi to everyone. Now as the title says Injen has updated their intake system for the 2.2L engines. In the old system they had a cast elbow that conected the system to the throttle body( the thing that you see in every picture that you look up for this system even on the manufacturers website). The new system now has a silicon elbow in it. When i recieved my kit and noticed it didn't have the cast elbow that the kit has in every picture you see of it. I searched here and Google and couldn't find anyone one or any picture of this new piece. So the reason for this post is just to let any new guys to the car know that system has been upated and that is the correct part that you recieved. I even emailed the company and they did comfirm that the cast part is no longer made anymore. I also would like to ask if anyone has recieved this new part in their system and how has it been holding up?
