intake manifold swap

will this fit on my 2009 LT or LS? AND IF I HAVE AN INTAKE NOW CAN I TAKE MY ONE OFF AND PUT IT ON THIS. i did some research for the people on here who find that research is one of the nations ammendments and i think i can keep my injen air intake.
