2.2 LAP project

hello everybody...
I am transplanting a 2009 2.2 LAP from a 2009 Pontiac G5 to our custom side by side as a winter project and I was wondering if anyone knew a company that could supply or reflash my ecu to crate mode? Almost all of the electronics won't be transfer over and there is a pesky security system that won't accept the new key I purchased as it didn't come with one. (I purchased the key from the dealership)

So I am searching for a replacement ECU to run the motor and trans. I don't really care if I have to move the cats over as I know some individuals take issue with removing the cats.
