Low RPM's and stalling issue after supercharging

I've recently supercharged my 2.2L G5 and have had problems with my car dropping RPM and sometimes stalling when pushing in the clutch to come to a stop. I originally had the ZZP tune and thought that was it so I found a great tuner near me and had him tune the car hoping to resolve the problem. I dropped my car off to him so he had a few days to drive it himself and see if he could resolve the problem. At the end of the day when I got my car back it runs much better at WOT and has better MPG, but still has the RPM issue with the occasional stall. He can't figure out why it does it. Another member here that has a 2.2 supercharged has the same issue and can't figure it out. Does anyone know what this could be or how to resolve it?

My girls 2002 2.2 eco Sunfire did it to. Push clutch in come to a stop and rps drop to 300 and car about dies and did a lot of times. It pissed me off. Got rid of it lol. I've read about the problem so many times. I got rid of my stall in my 02 cav by changing the rpms higher I think. Your tuner should be able to rig it up somehow.

My tuner did slightly raise the rpm's at idle slightly and did fix other parameters that were wrong with the original tune. I just installed new o2 sensors and maf sensor last night. Drive it to work this morning and it did seem much better, but when parking in the parking lot coming out of first gear I'd died and I coasted into the parking space.
