side exit ;)
yeah im gona be doing a side-exit exhaust soon. wanted 2 know anyone els got that going on with there balts and how you like it. t/c s/c N/A. yeah mines N/A hate on me all you want but i like the look. not really doing it for HP gains lol just like the look.

Its impossible to do it correctly imo...which would be like the viper. Through the bottom sill. Not underneath it. Would look extremely slick tho.

very loud man.. and the TC's dont have enough back pressure imo.. there was a guy with a yellow turbo cobalt and he had the side exit and his stock ko4 blew cause of not enough back pressure. but you dont have a turbo so your gonna have a whole lot of noise

I side-piped my orange turbo LSJ. Im on Koni K-sports...low in the front, high in the back. Went with a Hushpower Pro Series muffler b/c its the quietest round performance muffler. It is "drony" which you will never get away from with such a short exhaust. If you can tolerate the extra noise it looks badass and sounds badass...if you are turbocharged. My friends, cobalt lovers or not, love it.

I had exactly that done, they make a flange kit for it so you can bolt the flange to the cut out then weld pipe to the flange. I loved it but it rattle and scraped on everything lol.
