Sounded great on my TC, couldn't live with it for more than two days. Enjoy having no hearing! And if your going for appearance, a huge hole in the rear of your car is hardly appealing.

Not sure if this member on chevyhhr had a build thread, but here is his for sale thread showing a side exit setup on an lnf hhr(same chassis). Shows ground clearance wouldn't be too bad if you did it a similar way:

I had a side exit on my SS/NA for about 25 minutes. its LOUD! makes the Megan sound tame.

Mine is the factory res. then the 90* bend, a cheap Bullet Muffler then exits out the side, there isnt alot of room under there to work with.



edit: that pipe is hanging in the pic. i did add a hanger

I got a midlength header with a QTP electric cutout on my l61 and it is super loud. It sounds nice when I dont have my foot down on it.
