I've had my Cobalt for about 1.5 Mo now. It's time for it's first oil change.

In my Civic I primarily used Mobil 1 Clean 5000 or, at the beginning anyway, Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic. But that was a 1.5L D15B7...

What are you guys putting into your 2.2 LAP ?

I was plottin' to take it to the dealership (I don't want to complete the labor myself this time of year) but most likely I'd bring them the oil & filter so I know what's going into the engine. Depending on their labor charge for this I might just go to a cheap lube spot instead.

i use ONLY Mobil 1 5w-30 Full synthetic. MY engine loves it. And go with the ACdelco Oil filter.
