II was thinking about magnaflow. But its alot of money I don't have. So is there something else someone could reccomend?

Im not up on LAP's. But did you order a 2.25 or a 2.5? If its a 2.5 then get a 2.5 over the axle pipe and the 2.5 muffler.

dc sports has a really good catback exhaust scs7033 is the part number thats what i have and i love it, great sound and power

Im running an SLP catback. With an aftermarket header on the stock downpipe its not that loud (never been pulled over) and have gotten compliments on it. However.... with a hi flo catted 2.5" downpipe it was ungodly loud and horribly raspy!

But on the stock downpipe it sounds great! Plus its 400 bux shipped its 2.5" and its stainless steel. Not to mention the tip is kind of close to the stock SS tip in appearance so when walking upto my car (2.4 sport) it looks like a stock exhaust to those who dont know.

 

Yea but with that tough you arent gaining anything by having the aftermarket headers because you are restricting it back down to the stock d/p. The only thing you will gain is the sound.

 

The sound is good guys. Im tryin to get a header. My buddy wants to sell me a 2.4 intake and throttle body

 

save up for a magnaflow!. easiest installation of my life. hardest part is cuttin off your stock exhaust.

 

Ya.. we had to mock up the ebay job. Lol. N I gotta seal a flange. But yea. Once I get my new job ( pray for me ) ill be main bout 600 a week. So ya. Lol

 

Wrong theres still power to be had but yes its less. Even on the 2.4s and LSJs the exhaust is is smaller where it goes over the axle and is no longer 2.5 at the point.

 

Dont use the magnaflow unless you want your **** super loud. And if you do want it super loud, I'll sell you my old magnaflow I took off because it was too loud.

yo nizzle will that magna flow fit on my 2.2 09 cobalt my stock pipe size is 1.75 is it just a muffler or is it a whole exhuast

 

I believe so but I am not 100%

 

If you would like to readjust everything. Go with the Tsudo. Worth every dime.
