02 sensor overheating

2008 2.4 cobalt throwing p0141 - 02 sensor overheat. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did they fix it??

check for voltage/ground along the O2 heater wires
load check O2 heater wires


or you can just slap in a ACDELCO sensor

I wouldnt replace the sensor before you test it.

I think the o2 sensor heater runs on a cycle and it could be getting stuck always on. Dont quote me on that though.
