I've done some searching and just want to make sure its the same situation for the 08's as it is for the prior years because I know they changed injectors again in this car since then.

03-05 J-body harness and LSJ Stage II 42lb injectors are a direct plug and play for an 08? We've got an 08 Sky in our shop for a custom turbo kit and we need some higher rated injectors to support 10lbs of boost.

Found out the injectors are EV6/USCAR style. Ford Racing "Blue Giants" found in the 02-05 SVT's flow 39lb stated by ford, but actually flow 42lbs per 3 seperate companies bench flow tests. So everyone running out and buying the j-body harness is wasting money if you have the EV6 connectors. There are injectors out there which will function just fine. These are also used in Hahn's turbo kit...

Also Siemens makes a 60lb LONG 3" injector EV6/USCAR which the 08 LE5's are 3.024" from end to end. Surprised no one has chimed in already.

 

okay im a little confussed. are u saying that u put in different injectors with out doing any tunning hense the plug and play, or am i reading it wrong.
