2.4l best sounding muffler

I tried searching but my exact questions weren't answered in any other thread. I want a good sound, but not too much louder than OEM, I want to keep the stock tip and have the complete OEM look and I sure as HELL do not want rasp/rice.

^^try that part number. i can't find the specific thread i was looking for but found that number and also you'll probably want an oval muffler for best sound.

Why do you want one so bad? You realize the GMPP muffler is just a Borla muffler with a GMPP stamp on it right?

Just get a Borla muffler if you like it so much.

What does everyone think of the Hahn exaust? I have been shopping around myself. I have an 06 2.4 that already has a Hahn TC kit. I keep holding off on getting a new exaust because I dont want to increase the sound. I keep thinking about having something custom done but have never really looked into it. It seems everytime I have someone else to do work on my car it always turns out to be a bad idea. Suggestions?

GMPP touring is exactly what your describing. Edit: Oh wait you want just a muffler I dunno then.

go with aero turbine...same muffler as the official nascar. youll love it, i was sceptical at first going from flowmaster to magnaflow to this new aero turbine idea but its defiantely the best sounding one ive dealt with. it purrs, its mellow and aggressive at the same time. look into it, im glad i got it!!!

The best sounding exhaust on the 2.4 in my honest opinion, is a straight pipe 3" with a turbo. Not loud at all, its between oem and ...aftermarket loud. Not enough to get the cops ******* with you, but loud enough to make a difference.

Plus the whistle sounds nice too :P
