2.4L Stage Kits??

Are the GM stage kits out there applicable to the 2.4's?

Every description I an find seems to talk about just the 2.0L

Are there any for the 2.4L?

Thanks!

what he said.

The stage kits from GM just include bigger injectors, tuning re-flash and a smaller idler pulley for the superchargers.

lol i wish thatd be awsome you would just need the intake manifold the serpentine belt pulleys injectors the blower cai for the blower throttle body maybe different wiring relocate washer fluid tank move some other **** around disasemble the stock stuff. lets face it TURBO!

ryan. i do know that it is possible to put the 2.0 SC on the 2.4 with listed parts and a few others with good tuning and stuff. turbo may be easier though.

a guy at the GM parts department at my dealership here in town said that GMPP was developing some new parts for the 2.2 and 2.4 such as bigger injectors and a warranty friendly tune. there were some guys talking about it on this site too. no one was quite sure just what was upcoming and i was wondering if anyone had heard anything new. if you dont even know what i'm talkin about then why are you posting?

i knwo what your talkin about. but if its not on gmpp or my dealer hasnt told me that then it aint legit yet. but 2.4 with only injectors as an upgrade. they need to do better than that. i already got 34#s from the 2.0, or they could sell somethin else. i know in the gm parts book they have racing cams for like 1500bucks not worth it ill to jbp and do the whole head racing job for 800 thats with ceramic coating. and then take the rest of that 700 and buy lower comp pistons maybe 9.5:1 or something.

i agree that injectors alone are not a worthy upgrade, its the tune i am most interested in. also, if Gm were to release injectors and a compatible harness by themselves it wouldn't make sense. it almost smells like a boost kit or possibly some stage kit. that is of interest to me
