right...but thats PSIa, not PSI of boost. 14.7PSIa is atmospheric at sea level. My atmospheric air pressure is 14.2PSIa, so my car has the capability of seeing 0.5PSI boost. Vince can program PE to engage at any pressure under 14.5PSIa,which is why i said "when 1 bar (or near 1 bar) of pressure is detected (aka your entering boost)

ok so I'm here at home, and I find me some rtv silicone that I used on my head lights to reseal them when I painted them sometime ago. Well I put some on the broken bypass valve I have and this is what happened.

When I go to push the rod in, the valve doesn't brake away from the bracket. It takes alot of force to push the stem in also....

***note***
I have a new one on order already from gmpartsdirect.com
hopefully it and the bracket get here by next week.

on my way to my friends house, I have the zzp heat exchanger, spark plugs, and wideband in. tensioner, idler, and header should be in today.

Things that are bugging the crap out of me.... still no word from Over the Top about my fuel injectors, gotta call them all day til to see whats up... as for the alternator bracket, I ordered it from gmpartsdirect and they say it will take 7-10 days to process due to it being a specialty part. So I doubt that will be in on time for the bash... but there is a wee bit of hope lol I might be able to get the bracket from one of css.net member and he will overnight it from japan rofl oh wait this is not fast and the furious lol.. but my money won't clear paypal til wednesday so its really cutting it very very very very close....

DAY 4 accomplishments: First off just wanna thank Alleged for driving me and lil john around places, and helping installing heat exchanger, and other things. Also wanna thank Zdeuce4 for wiring up the wideband, and boost gauge.

Well we pretty much got everything done today.... finished all the wiring(ic pump, gauges, and sensors) repainting valve cover so it will look better(finishing tomorrow), installed heat exchanger and all the plumbing, ummmmm..... spark plugs are done..... still waiting on injectors to come in(hopefully the mail man will bring them tomorrow), took the down pipe off and removed the cat and had the o2 bung installed, and we were able to put the bumper back on but.... the heat exhanger is to big and the bumper doesn't line up properly so we are gonna trim a piece of the bumper off tomorrow. Thats all we did today...

day 5 Saturday agenda:
1. finish bumper
2. finish painting valve cover
3. go to dealership and get tb gasket
4. re install header/ downpipe
5. push car into grass wash it, and clay bar it!!!
6. clean interior if we still have time

day 6 Sunday agenda:
1. clean interior if not done on day 5
2. finish any little things
