2.4supercharged...

I have an 08 g6 with a 2.4, i want to supercharge it with the cobalt ss charger, my question is what all do i need and has anyone done this yet, i have been researching it for awhile and think i am pretty close. i have the intake manifold, the supercharger, the hoses to run coolant through the manifold i have the stock 2.0 injectors, i have the new belt and additional tensioner. i do efilive tuning but am not real experienced as of yet. i planned on changing my fuel and spark maps to match that of the ss. anything else? do i have something wrong? please let me know.....also what have you done as far as intake tube routing?

1st off, welcome to the forum. It is full of info and helpful people.

2nd, If I don't say it someone else will: Use the search button. look for build threads and part lists and ask questions after you have a better idea of what your doing.

Hundreds of people here have done the SC and two have already responded.


No, do not change your PCM to match anything from the LSJ until you have a better grasp. The e67 pcm operates much differently. You will end up having to do MAF tuning to get your car dialed. The LSJ injectors are EV1 connectors which means you would need to get a harness to run them iirc. You'd be better off just getting injectors with EV6 connectors as they will plug in directly.
