2 parter, Engine CAL, and Endlinks

First of all does anybody know what size endlinks our cars use, FE3.
Now switching gears:
Earlier this spring I swapped in a 2007 HHR 2.4 into my 2008 Sport. I ran the older intake manifold which incorporates a different MAP sensor. It is still a 1bar like the 2008 version but it is a different sensor. I looked into the Calibration files and the slope of the 2007 is 94.4Kpa/5v and the 2008 is like 110kpa/5v, the offsets respectively is 10.94kpa and -0.31kpa. I never changed these values and run it as is. I have noticed however that there is a slight blip in acceleration under 3K RPM. I think this is due to the map sensor because this is the only sensor that is not the same and it has quite a different value between the two. Also, the Map sensor has a more prominent calculation on lower RPM's due to the error in the MAF sensor at low speed. My wideband suggests that the acceleration transient is not factoring correctly. Also, at idle my AFR will usually sit around stoich but will once in a great while sneak up to 17:1 for a second or two then run back to stoich. Could someone confirm that my MAP sensor is the issue? Note: cannot just swap sensors because the physical nipple on the map sensor is different between the two years, thus the manifolds are different.

Thanks!

Agree that the MAP is important. Questions:
Do you have hptuners?
Have you tried the newer settings that you list?
Have you tried running MAF only?

I do have HPTuners, I am pretty well aqcuainted with it. The car is licensed also. I have not tried to change the values yet because I still have a trifecta Trans Tune. I forgot about this when I tried to read my ECM/TCM. It caused an error and put my car momentarily into Reduced Power/Engine Disabled. After that heart attack I called it a night. I will attempt it again in about a week or so when I have a windows laptop again, and restore my base trans calibration. I will swap the Map values and hopefully all works out.

Update: I updated the values in the ECM and the car is much happier as expected. Also, both long and short end links will work, I went with the short moogs. The map sensor had a 25% error at idle and a 17% absolute error at wot. All is good now.
