There are a couple of these kits out there with the garrett turbocharger. And I was wondering if anyone knew around how much hp I would see on my 2.4? And what exactly is tuning? You need to get this done right? If I buy the hp tuners do I still need to find someone to do this. I don't really understand this tuning much could some one please help me out.

hptuners supports the 2.4 and 2.0. not the 2.2

which means hptuners works on the 2.4 and 2.0 ss...no tuning for the 2.2 yet

 

I understand that but do I just plug something in that I buy from hp tuners or do I have to take my car there?

 

hp tuners u can buy but i believe u need a license for that.........take to a shop dat has it and get it tuned there

 

tuning is when they change the cars computer to different settings. like for the turbo

 

just get the hahn kit, it would be worth the money. better setup than alpine imo
