Another Check engine light and Traction Control light question

I have a 06 2.4 atuo. Posting this agian because I don't think my post/question went up. I have 75k miles, had the timing chain changed at 50k. Check engine light came on, scan it and a slew of stuff came back including misfire in #3. I changed the MAF sensor, MAP sensor, air filter, spark plugs. Started it up, idled fine but the Traction control light started to come on and off. When the light came on a slight grinding noise came from under the hood but could not determain where exactly it was coming from. Drove it around the block and Check engine light came back on. I'm running completely stock with no mods (yet) any ideas as to why? Thanks

Yea looked at your thread before I posted. I changed almost all of those that people have suggested to you. The only thing I have yet to look into is the wheel bearing (which I think is bad anyways) and/or Cam position sensor amongst the many other things/suggestions that it could be.
