best short shifter

What is the best short shifter for our cars? I have been looking at B&M, Hurst, and ARK. Any ideas? Pics would help too. Thanks.

There are also hundreds of threads on exhausts, intakes, supercharing/turbo the 2.4 but that don't stop others from making new ones.

Thanks for the feedback!

We get a lot of great reviews here on the forum for our Cobalt SS and regular Cobalt short shifters. They are both the most aggressive available on the market in throw reduction, yet our unique design also makes them the smoothest aftermarket short shifters you can install.

Let me know if you have any question concerning our short shifter and I'll be happy to help!

Hello 06_SIC_SS,

To answer your question, the OEM knob does not fit on our short shifters due to the fact that it's a pop-on/clip-on knob and our short shifters are threaded.

for those that dont know u can use the short shifters that are made for cavaliers as well. i have one in my car as well as a few others. shoot, even the ebay ones work. there's a couple threads on it as well.. good way to save some cash and get a short shifter still

Thanks for all the input guys! I really appreciate it. I have done further research and about 90% sure that I am going to go with the TWM. Nothing but good things said about this shifter. Great job guys.

I think the stock one is the best. It has worked flawlessly for 40,000 miles, it came preinstalled on my car, and it doesn't hurt to shift on cold mornings... haha.

The TWM is probably the best one you could buy, just judging by the materials they use.
