Not terribly difficult, front fascia has to come off, AC condenser and rad come off in one unit. 2 bolts for the AC piping, 2 top clamps holding it all down on either side of the hood clasp and 2 rad hoses (and 2 ATF lines in the auto) to loosen off, plus a couple electrical connections for the fans (which also pulls out with the rad/condenser) and it all comes out fairly easy. take your time and it will be a 3-6 hour job depending on ability/ experience.

If u got a jack, jack stands and don't mind laying on your back u can also pull it out the bottom and save some time. Took me 2hrs to do it this way which is what a shop will charge you. Good luck.

One more thing. Incase u haven't loss all your refrigerant(spelling) be careful when disconnecting the a/c lines. Wear safety glasses or use a rag to cover the fitting. It WILL spray everywhere. Or if u find an ac shop just take it to them and have them recover your refrigerant(safer approach) and them refill it after you've replaced your parts.
